Pretty Bees Specialty Coffee is a mobile espresso and matcha bar based in San Jose, serving schools, corporate events, community pop-ups, and private celebrations across the Bay Area.

Founded by Evelyn Pina, Pretty Bees started with a simple goal: create a coffee experience that feels welcoming, efficient, and thoughtfully designed for busy communities and special events alike. Co-Founder Yera Zamaneigo plays a key role in shaping our recipes and works alongside Evelyn to lead planning, logistics, and on-site service across every activation.

Today, Pretty Bees works closely together to manage planning, logistics, and on-site service. As a small, hands-on team, we stay personally involved in every activation from early-morning school service to large scale conference events ensuring reliable execution and high-quality drinks every time.

Our menu is inspired by culture, community, and creativity. Alongside classic espresso drinks, we serve signature recipes influenced by flavors we grew up with and seasonal ideas we develop for our events like café de olla–style drinks, house syrups, and fruit-forward matcha combinations. These details help us create a coffee experience that feels personal, memorable, and different from a standard catering setup.
